Whats your favorite sport? My favorite sport is playing handball, also known as bola baling. Its really fun to play! You should try playing it some time. Do you guys know how to play? Its very easy. Here's some facts I picked up from the Internet.
The game is quite fast and includes body contact as the defenders try to stop the attackers from approaching the goal. Contact is only allowed when the defensive player is completely in front of the offensive player, i.e. between the offensive player and the goal. This is referred to as a player sandwich. Any contact from the side or especially from behind is considered dangerous and is usually met with penalties. When a defender successfully stops an attacking player, the play is stopped and restarted by the attacking team from the spot of the infraction or on the nine meter line. Unlike in basketball where players are allowed to commit only 5 fouls in a game (6 in the NBA), handball players are allowed an unlimited number of "faults", which are considered good defence and disruptive to the attacking team's rhythm.

Goals are scored quite frequently; usually both teams score at least 20 goals each, and it is not uncommon for both teams to score more than 30 goals. This was not true in the earliest history of the game, when the scores were more akin to that of ice hockey^{[clarification needed]}. But, as offensive play has improved since the late 1980s, particularly the use of counterattacks (fast breaks) after a failed attack from the other team, goal scoring has increased. 

Done reading? Its simple right? In our school, handball is in the 'sukaneka'. 'Sukaneka' can also be called as sports day or sports week. Besides handball, there are a lot of other sports. A few of them which I remember are lontar peluru/shot put, bola jaring/netball, bola sepak/soccer/football, lumba lari/race, lompat jauh/long jump and lompat tinggi/high jump. And in our school, we have four teams. The first team is yellow, which we call 'Tahan'. The second team is blue, which we call 'Ledang'. The third team is green, which we call 'Jerai'. And the fourth team is red, which we call 'Kinabalu'. (The teams are not organized in any particular order.) Im in the blue team but Amira is in the red team. Sadly we're not in the same group :(

Even though were not in the same group, we still get to see each other! And once in a while the teachers will arrange a few days which the teams will practice at school. So the first two teams will be the blue team and the red team. And the next day will be the yellow team and the green team. So me and Amira will be practicing on the same day! Isn't that great? Talking about sports makes me tired! I don't really like sports, haha! Goodbye! <3
