Ouch....

Hey guys.
So, yesterday it was my team and Aisyah's team to have practice from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. While Aisyah's team (blue) did different activities, my team (red) were doing running activities. We ran one whole field, which is the elementary school field AND the middle school/high school field TOGETHER. We ran that, 100 meters, and then later 200 meters. It was the most tiring thing I had done for so long. That was crazy. I was chosen for the 100 meter race later on in the year. I'm excited, but really worried. I want to win, and if I don't, I'm scared it'll disappoint my teammates, and I obviously don't want that to happen.
So, when I got home from the practice, my feet ached and hurt from the waist all the way down to my toes. It was absolutely terrible. My mom was so surprised. At night I couldn't move my legs that much, and when I took a step I could feel my legs pounding. So I immediately went to sleep, thinking it would go away when I woke up. I was wrong.
When I woke up, my legs felt better, but far from good. They hurt, like a bruise, but it was like a big bruise. A bruise the size of a leg. It especially hurt at my thigh. I told my mom and she said I shouldn't go to school, but we were going to do a Bahasa Melayu test that day, and I didn't want to miss it. (Bahasa Melayu is Malay Language). So I forced myself to go to school, and that was not easy. It was tough going up the stairs. I think a few people thought I was weird for walking so slowly and slightly squealing after every step. Lol.
I decided not to go down for lunch, and just stayed at the class. I just could not go that far. It still hurts now, (I'm home), and my mom says it'll take a couple days for it to get better.
Well, Aisyah might....JUST MIGHT, sleepover at my house on Saturday. We're not sure though, yet. She hasn't asked her mom yet, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that her mom says yes. I'm so excited, I hope it works out. So, Aisyah, if you're reading this (she's at Kafa right now), PLEASE ask your mom, even beg if you have to! Hahaha!

Alright, bye guys!
XO,
Amira
